We aim to provide a comprehensive mind-body workout that traditional gyms, fitness centres or sports training regimes overlook. Pilates, the Gyrotonic method and yoga are excellent complementary disciplines which give you a comprehensive exercise regime. In fact they can also be stand alone workouts by themselves.
