Rachel Wong

Rachel was introduced to Pilates in 2010 by her physiotherapist as a post-rehabilitation exercise due to chronic tension in her back as a result of scoliosis. She witnessed the remarkable relief of pain and improvment in her posture and mobility. She was then inspired to start her journey towards becoming a qualified Polestar Pilates Instructor. Rachel wants to share and encourage others to enjoy the benefits and transformation she personally experienced.
