Pilates Class Schedule (as of 1 June 2017)

 

                                PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO GROUP CLASSES ON  PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Language of instruction - All classes are in English and/or Cantonese unless otherwise specified. 

Typhoon Policy - Our studio closes and all classes will be cancelled on T8 and above. We aim to resume classes within 2 hours of the signal going back down to T3. If in doubt, please call our studio to see if your class will go ahead.

Rainstorm Policy - We continue to hold classes on Amber, Red or Black rainstorm warnings but subject to the instructor travelling to the studio. Please call our studio to see if your class will proceed as scheduled.
